1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CrewChem, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use CrewChem.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a CrewChem account.
CrewChem may also require users to meet applicable aviation-role verification requirements.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
Information you provide to CrewChem should be accurate and should not impersonate another person.
4. Aviation Verification
CrewChem may request documentation or other information to help verify a user's aviation-related role.
Verification does not constitute an endorsement, employment verification, background check, or guarantee regarding any user.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use CrewChem to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate another person
- Impersonate another person
- Provide intentionally false or misleading profile information
- Send spam, scams, or fraudulent communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of CrewChem
6. User Content
You retain responsibility for profile information, photographs, messages, and other content you submit through CrewChem.
By submitting content, you grant CrewChem the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to operate and provide the service.
7. Matching and Interactions
CrewChem provides tools that allow users to discover profiles, express interest, match, and communicate.
CrewChem does not guarantee that users will receive matches, responses, relationships, or any particular outcome.
8. Safety
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when communicating with or meeting other users.
CrewChem may provide reporting, moderation, verification, and safety features, but cannot guarantee the identity, conduct, intentions, or safety of every user.
9. Reporting and Moderation
CrewChem may review reports, investigate suspected violations, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce these Terms.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
CrewChem may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, creates safety concerns, abuses the service, engages in fraudulent activity, or where suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the platform or its users.
11. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their CrewChem account through available account controls or through CrewChem support.
12. Service Availability
CrewChem may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
CrewChem does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.
13. Third-Party Services
CrewChem may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, notifications, infrastructure, and other functionality.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
CrewChem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CrewChem does not make guarantees regarding matches, compatibility, relationships, user conduct, or uninterrupted operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CrewChem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
16. Changes to These Terms
CrewChem may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
